Can I use my iCloud and Apple Account to unlock my iPhone?

I have forgotten my iPhone passcode but I have my Apple ID logged in on my iPad and I know the passcode of my iPad. Is there a way I can use my iCloud and Apple ID to unlock my iPhone. I want to unlock it without erasing any of the data.

Nope. When you reset the Passcode, the device will have to be erased. It would be a security failure if a person had access to your Apple ID and was able to unlock your device without knowing the Passcode. You have 2 options:

You may be able to reset the Passcode without a computer if you see this Security Lockout Screen:

If you see a iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro unavailable message or Security Lockout screen - Apple Support

Otherwise you will need a computer to reset the Passcode:

If you forgot your iPhone passcode or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
