Printer prints via canon print app but not available in any other apps including browser, photos from photogallery

I recently purchased an iPad 10th Gen Wifi. I was using a windows laptop for office work earlier and I could generate bills on browser and directly print from there. It used to show my Canon E477 Wifi printer and supported the Draft prints too.

Now after setting up iPad, The printer is visible i the Canon print app but while trying to print bill from browser (safari, chrome, etc) printer does not shows up. I get No AirPrint Printer found. The printer is a wifi enabled model not sure why it shows up in any of the apps other than Canon's own print app. In that App it has no option to print in Draft mode too.

iPad, 18

in order for a printer to show up anywhere else than in the manufacturers print app

the printer has to implement apples generic printing interface called airprint

Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

if the printer does support airprint then maybe it's a matter of configuring the printer to enable it

if it does not then you may have to stick to using canons print app
