iPhone 16 Pro brightness super low

My iPhone 16 pro has maximum brightness is far more lower than the iphone 14 pro max, or iphone 15 pro max. As the picture below.

I have my 16 pro over a week now and I don't remember facing this issue before, just happen today. I upgraded to ios 18.0.1 yesterday. The other 14 pro max is on 18.0.1 too.

Note that the device temperature is normal. I've rested my iphone for an hour before posting this. I also tried restart iphone.

Is this an iOS issue, or hardware issue?
