Audio denoiser effect is missing in my FCPX, what shall I do?

I have no denoiser effect in my 10.8.1 version of FCPX, how can I fix it?

Apple removed it, as the Noise Removal in the Analysis section was improved, and they added the Voice Isolation, which made that filter obsolete. I was never fond of it. When it was the only option, I used SoundSoap or WindRemover from CrumplePop, both of which were far superior. But the reworked Noise Removal and Voice Isolation tools are really good now.

I see it in 10.6.5 but not 10.8.1. Not sure when or why it was removed. It shows under Logic effects but I can't find where it might live on disk. It doesn't appear in Logic Pro 11.0.1 either and searching for it in Logic's Help, Denoiser is now called Legacy Denoiser. (The site has an error and is not letting me upload a screen shot of the Help.)
