Newly purchased Apple Watch Ultra 2: Black Titanium uneven color/tint on watch

Apple Watch Ultra 2 has just been delivered today and gave it to my husband as a gift. When he opened it he noticed this uneven color on the body watch itself, more like the black colour washed out on the panel by the side button. He even asked me if the watch is supposed to be Grey and not Black Titanium as it says. Anyone else has the same issue? I’m planning to return it as it seems it won’t be worth the £900.
