Apple Intelligence nowhere to be found after macOS 15.0.1 update

I updated to MacOS 15.0.1 this morning. Apple Intelligence is nowhere to be found. I went System Settings, looked for Apple Intelligence & Siri, but found nothing. Same issue on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. This was supposed to appear on upgrade today. Any suggestions?
