Installing Vitals app on my Apple Watch

My iPhone XR is updated with iOS 18 my Apple Watch 8 with iOS 11.

in the iPhone App Store I can find the app Vitals stating it can only be downloaded on Apple Watch .

I don’t have and cannot find the app on my Apple Watch - how or where can I download Vitals on my Apple Watch ?

On your Apple Watch, open the App Store and search for "Vitals."

GREAT thanks very much for your help - it works fine (I thought it would have been installed on the watch automatically with the last iOS update)

started using it yesterday evening so see how it develops after 7 nites
