How can I fix frequent captcha issues in Safari on my iPhone 14?

Every time I open a safari window and enter a search I have to complete a captcha. To clarify, my phone is up to date, I have cleared all website data and history, closed all windows, and in my safari settings, google is the chosen browser. I have always set google as the browser as many years as I have owned an iPhone.

Side note- my Mac has not wanted to run chrome since the latest update either. Is there an issue with Apple and Google?
