Why is my 4G SIM card not working on my iPhone SE after one month?

My 4G SIM card is not working and I had gotten a Telstra worker to put a new 4G SIM card in to my iPhone SE it worked for 1 month and now it won’t work all my texts I send to my family and friends I send it and it just comes up and says your text has not been delivered

Hey Mady!


Here are a few things you can try to fix your 4G SIM card issue:




1. Restart your phone – Turn it off for about 30 seconds and then back on.


2. Check signal strength – Make sure you’re in an area with good reception.


3. Reset Network Settings – Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will remove saved Wi-Fi passwords, so be sure to have them on hand.


4. Reinsert the SIM card – Take out the SIM card, clean it lightly, and place it back.


5. Check for carrier updates – Go to Settings > General > About to see if there’s an update.


6. Contact Telstra – If the problem persists, reach out to Telstra’s support for further help.
