Iphone 16 heating issue while charging.

My iPhone 16 heats up a lot every time I put my phone on charge.

I tried to switch to flight mode while charging as well so the background apps don't work and doesn't heat up...but still I face heating issues while I charge my phone on flight mode.

Any tips or suggestions to avoid this?
