routined quit unexpectedly - Monterey

After having to upgrade because of a "quit unexpectedly" error (and losing 2 very expensive apps), NOW on Monterey this routined message keeps popping up.


Etrecheck does not show any major or mild error


I hope someone has any hint other than "upgrade your system"

Still it may help to se the etrecheck report.


Have you run Disk Utility's Disk First Aid on all connected drives?


In Disk Utility>View, select Show all Devices, highlight the top left entry.


Run Disk First Aid on all items in the left panel, from top down.


Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?

Done with first aid all drivres

no VPN, no anti-virus, never cleaning apps


Congratulations! No major problems found!

EtreCheck found no major problems with your computer. If you install any new software or notice any changes, run EtreCheck again. Modern Macintosh computers are very fast and some problems may not be noticeable.
