iMessage and FaceTime not working on Mac

I have a Mac book pro 2019, I have been using FaceTime and iMessage on it for a while, suddenly it has stopped working, None of the texts are getting delivered, FaceTime shows that the person I am trying to call is not reachable on FT (Invite with message) I am still talking to all those people on my Iphone but, I don't get any call on my laptop nor am I able to, the call log keeps getting updated with all my recent calls that I make with my phone.

Log out of both apps and log back in on both. Not sure if it makes a difference but make sure that your phone number in enables on FaceTime as well as Messages.
