How do I clear my Apple balance to change region?

You're not communicating with Apple when you post in the Community. Apple does not participate in these forums. We're all just fellow users and none of us have any access to your account to make any changes.

You can either enter in a credit or debit card temporarily and buy something more expensive than your remaining balance, or you can contact iTunes Store Support and ask them to clear your balance for you.
