I have seen alot of indian made iphones getting green screens upon updation and many other issues with regards to quality hence i want to buy a new iphone 16 but i live in india amd i want a chinese made iphone, how can i do that? And it is wrong by apple to not let the customers not know where their each product is made from before purchasing

You don't have a choice where your iPhone is made. Apple may choose depending on various manufacturing requirements, or (perhaps more likely) the Indian government may be forcing Apple to sell only or mostly made in India. So you may not get an iPhone made in China regardless.
I very much doubt that you have access to enough statistics to determine the overall build quality of any iPhone made in any given country, so I think you're basing your fear on unsupported anecdotal information. In any case, you don't have a choice. Your only choices are to accept the iPhone as sold to you, with the ability to have it serviced if a problem arises, or buy some other device.

Actually no, not in the Indian Apple Store. They don't offer return/exchange privileges.

Apple products are manufactured to Apple’s standards. Those standards are the same, no matter which country they are manufactured in.
If i did have a choice, if i had known where each devices are made from i would have chosen indian made too but the way apple is not disclosing where the iphone is made from, and not giving a choice to choose the manufacturing country makes me doubt and i don’t appreciate such corporate attitude, does india make inferior product? Is it why it is not being disclosed?
Can we assume you have studied thousands of such incidents, with an equal number of devices manufactured in India and China?
