Unjust Charges for Bold Voice App Subscription – Request for Resolution
On October 3rd, I installed the Bold Voice app and started a 7-day free trial. After two days of use, I decided to cancel the subscription due to the high cost ($149.99/year). While canceling, the app offered a discounted rate of $99.99/year, which I accepted and paid for via their website. I verified that my subscription was valid until 2025 and that it no longer appeared under my Apple Subscriptions.
However, on October 10th, Apple charged me $149.99 for a year-long subscription. To make matters worse, I also received an email stating my subscription would be suspended after one year. I contacted Bold Voice support and was informed I now had two subscriptions: one for $99.99 through their website and another for $149.99 through Apple, which I never intended to activate.

We reviewed your claim and your purchase doesn’t meet conditions for a refund. This decision is final.
I am now stuck having paid a total of $250 for a subscription I only wanted for $99.99.
This situation is unfair. I made it clear that the $149.99 price was too expensive for me, and yet I’ve ended up paying much more. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this and recover my money. How can I get justice in this situation?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
