New Apple Watch SE won’t turn on

I just purchased a new watch, model SE, it will not turn on. I let it charge for around 4ish hours at first and nothing. Then I left it overnight and still nothing. Is it just a bust and need to be returned?

My Apple Watch Series 9 won’t turn on First it was on for few days and kept powering off and on then 5 days of it my Apple Watch will not power on at all I’ve checked everything used different ports and chargers not even a light pops up anymore I’ve charged it 10 hrs straight no sign even though the same port and charger work for my uncles Apple Watch s10.
