How can I uninstall Sequoia and reinstall Sonoma on my Mac Studio?

Can I get help with uninstalling Sequoia and reinstalling Sonoma please.

I am having trouble with any of my apps working proberly, so I need to go back to the old O/S until the apps catch up.

To downgrade you need to backup, download and make Sonoma USB installer and Option-boot to it, erase, install, restore.

Create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support


Also remember that things like Photos library might have been upgraded to Sequoia and you might have to make it compatible with Sonoma (restore from a Sonoma-era backup or via iCloud while still in Sequoia).
