I updated my ipad and mac on ipados15.1 for ipad and Sequoia 15.1 for mac but for some reason i dont have apple intelengece yet. I have the ipad air m2 and macbook air m3 im really confused why i dont have it

Look again. You do NOT have 15.1. You have 15.0.1
If you updated to 15.1 you updated to the beta version. If so, discussion of beta test versions are not permitted in this forum.
Are you really sure you mean 15.1 because there has been a 15.0.1 release to fix some bugs?
As to when Apple actually releases 15.1, only they know and fall of 2024 does not end until December right before Christmas. So they may release it anytime between now and then.
