How do I update my iPhone 7 to iOS 16 for download Netflix

Since the OP wants to run Netflix, an iPhone 8, 8 Plus, or X will no longer be good enough. It looks like Netflix recently raised the minimum requirement for their app from iOS 16 to iOS 17.

For an iPhone 7, you do not.

The iPhone 7 can be updated to iOS 15.8.3, no further.

iOS 16 is not possible on an iPhone 7. You need an iPhone 8 or iPhone X.

Only to iOS 15.8.3, but that can only be accomplished by you.

As has been said several times now, you cannot update an iPhone 7 to iOS 16 or any later version of iOS. iOS 15.8.3 is the last version your iPhone 7 is able to run.
