How do you print the Apple calendar?

I know I can take a screen shot of the Apple calendar on my iPhone and iPad but what a pain! Why doesn’t Apple just give us an option to share the calendar to a printer? I use their calendar on my iPhone, iPad, Mac desktop and MacBook. It’s all the same program! They give you a print option on the desktop and laptop. Why isn’t there a print feature on all of them? It’s much easier when a program runs the same on all devices!
