How to transfer Apple Account balance to my bank account?

Generally, this cannot be done. If the source of your Apple Account funds are gift cards, the funds are restricted to the original terms and conditions of the Apple Gift Card. The T&C restricts gift card funds to being used for Apple products and services.
If the source of the funds are from your bank account and the transfer was recent (as in last few days) then the transfer may be able to be reversed and returned to your originating account.
