Sequoia - How can I add a program to Local Network Access?

Please see screenshot.

My TimeMachine backups, RDP Connections over SSL VPN, NORD VPN are not working after the update to Sequoia.

How can I add, e.g. OpenVPN Connect, NORD VPN, SMBD, TMUTIL to allow access to local networks?

I believe a pop up is meant to appear asking if you would like to allow the app to access local network devices but none of the above apps has asked me and there is no way of adding them in manually.

What OS version are you using?

Nord VPN is likely not going to work correctly with Sequoia based on other reports, some have had success with an uninstall/reinstall. Multiple VPN's has always caused problems with the OS.

You can as far I can tell. It is the system that decides what is added and what isn't. It is how the app is written by the developer that help the system decide.

I really don't see giving permissions to browsers that you are not using their VPN they offer, like Opera. Why else would need access to the local network.
