You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an iPhone for payment credit. Full credit is provided if the packaging is not opened, and the policy is a 10% penalty is deducted if the packaging is opened and all package contents must be returned with the iPhone that was opened.

After 30 days, you own it.

Yes. It is no different than most products. The return policy is based on number of days since purchase, not how pristine the box is.

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an iPhone for payment credit - not opened or opened.

It doesn't make sense to me that someone would pay full retail sales price for the iPhone and not open or use it for well more than 30 days.
