Does the Apple watch show heart rates for each night?

The reading I have for heart rate says Max 79 Min 40. (Is that an average?) It also says "Range 40-95 bpm today". Every past day I look at has 79 max 40 min. Can I trust that "Range 40-95 bpm today"? If it really was 40 bpm during the night, it's bradycardia at my age, and I should look into it.

I use a 3rd party sleep app, Auto Sleep. The companion iPhone version shows a nightly average heart rate and has a graph that monitors heart rate during each sleep period.
