How can I pair my Apple Watch to my new iPhone?

How can i pair my iwatch to my new phone? Coz i have a previous phone which i forgot to unpair my i watch. Now i cannot longer use my i watch. Its says wrong password. And eve i want to as a watch only still cannot use bcoz the time is not correct.
