Further to Google getting my Home Address wrong on my iMac!

I don't know if this will help anyone, but in the process of checking my zipcode, or whatever it's called now, I entered it as well as my address, and Google showed them as being a full minute's walk apart. This must mean that Google simply doesn't know where I live, and that is why it won't let me change my Home Address when I need to !:0)

Not really sure what you mean. If you enter a ZIP Code in google maps, the area is typically highlighted, or a pin is centered. Your address is more precise. Regardless, if there are issues with Google maps, contact Google for support.
