Airpods 4 voice isolation on Microsoft Teams

Does the voice isolation work on Airpods 4 while using Microsoft teams on a Windows 11 machine? If so do you need to enable anything or does it just work? Looking to reduce the amount of background office noise when not on an iPhone?

Using AirPods Pro with Teams and windows 11 For work I have an hp laptop running windows 11. During Teams meeting other members say I cut in and out. Or sometimes ask if I would talk into the microphone. My AirPods have the latest firmware and I make sure the AirPods are fully charged before I use them. What could be my issue?
