If you sync your photos/videos with iCloud or you have been routinely backing up your iPhone, once you restore the phone from a forgotten passcode, your data can be brought back. If you don't sync with iCloud, nor have you been backing up your iPhone, then no, there is no way to restore your data as it will be wiped in the restore process.

i remember that i synced my photos n videos with icloud. but yesterday when i went to icloud to check, it didnt have anythings in Picture. i dont know why... like it just has photos and videos from my Mac.

If you used iCloud Photos on your phone, then the photos are viewable on your Mac and on iCloud.com. It sounds like this was not set to sync on your phone. If iCloud Photos was not set to Sync your Library on your phone, then the photos are stored in your backup file where you will be able to restore your photos when you set the device up again and restore from that backup. Of course, you would have to be using iCloud to backup your device or use the backup file if you backed it up to your computer.

sorry but the sentence ". It sounds like this was not set to sync on your phone. If iCloud Photos was not set to Sync your Library on your phone, then the photos are stored in your backup file where you will be able to restore your photos when you set the device up again and restore from that backup." means when i do "restore and update" from my phone to my Mac (backs up?) ,all my photos and my videos in ip will be back?

One time I went to check my icloud storage and it was 5/5GB full. If I buy more icloud storage now (I use icloud iphone like mac and many other iphones), will the data in the iphone that I forgot my password go into that space?

Thank you for taking the time to respond.
