iCloud popping up on Start even after disabling in Startup Task Manager

  1. Running Windows 10 on PC
  2. I have disabled it in Startup Task Manager
  3. It restarts itself even after disabling and/or stopping all services (that I can find) associated in the detail tab of Task Manager (i.e. icloud, icloud photos, etc)
  4. When it starts, the login window persists unless I login or kill the services again
