iCloud’s New terms and conditions

In my photos app my photos have stopped syncing with this message above…Syncing Paused for 6 Items

To use iCloud on this iPhone you must accept the new Terms and Conditions. However there is no message saying I need to accept new terms. Where would I find this?

My phone won’t allow me to do anything because I’m out of storage but I’m paying for 2 TBs of iCloud storage to alleviate this matter. I’m so frustrated.

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 18

Not sure if this will work on a iPhone but go to the Mail Accounts in Mail and click on iCloud. On the Mac that "New terms and conditions" pops up so I am wondering if they put it on the iPhone

I ended up deleting all of my photos because I got so frustrated trying to figure it out. 🥹💔
