How to unsubscribe to an App when there is no option given on official Apple query page?

Managing auto-renewing subscriptions -

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Things about subscriptions;

⁃ Deleting an app does not cancel the subscription.

⁃ A trial subscription must be canceled more than 24 hours before the renewal date or it may renew.

⁃ Many subscriptions are set to renew automatically until you cancel them.

⁃ If you see multiple subscription offers, as long as you don’t select one, the subscription shouldn’t renew.

⁃ If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is canceled and won't renew.

⁃ An expiration date means the current subscription has been canceled but is available to use until that date.

⁃ Use Resubscribe/Renew if you change your mind about canceling the subscription.

This is important yes!.

This can be confirmed if the subscription charge appears as anything other than "apple.com/bill" on the payment method's statement.

If it appears as the name of the app, website or service instead of "apple.com/bill" then it was not started through Apple's platform and as such cannot be cancelled through there, and would not appear in the Apple IDs subscription listing.

Also of note, is if you are the Family Organizer in a Family Sharing group, the subscription will not appear directly on the Family Organizer's account, but on the the account of the person that initiated it. As such, it must be cancelled through that account.

Doing this bypasses Apple's ability to manage the subscription and you would need to unsubscribe using that same website.
