Face ID not working

i lost my phone yesterday after about 5 to 10 minutes I get it back. Now the Face ID on my banking app,Gmail and yahoo are not working. I try to reset my Face ID and change my password nothing is working for me. What should I do pls?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 18

You have to turn off Stolen Device Protection first (It takes a hour to time out)
