How can I enable showing seconds with always on display on my Apple Watch?

I want the number of seconds to always be on display and not dependent on my wrist being moved

Apple watch keeps locking even with 'always on' feature activated. while i'm wearing my watch with 'Always on' feature on my watch keep going black anyways. I found that if I de-activate wrist detection it will keep it always on but it will stop tracking sleep, and many other things. How can I keep wrist detection on and keep the display on at all times? Also when I'm working out it keeps pausing the workout when goes black when wrist detection is on, any solution for this? I'm on Iwatch ultra 2 Thanks!

Apple Watch fades to clock while on a workout I recently bought an Apple Watch 9 (10.0.2) for the specific purpose of using it for workouts (esp. running). Whenever I drop my wrist while a workout app is launched (Strava, Apple Workout), it fades to the clock, and I'm now reading that this issue is not fixable. I cannot believe this is true because it is so preposterous -- checking one's pace, distance, etc. is such a fundamental part of a workout watch. Please, anyone, tell me that Apple has fixed this! Is there some workaround?
