I’m unable to configure the personal hotspot on update IOS version 18.0.1, I already contacted network service provider but they said that this is IOS issue kindly contact apple support. I’m facing difficulty in this please.

I downloaded apple support app but it showing the old tutorial for hotspot ON and OFF.
Why not pursue the Contact path?
Goto settings>mobile service>sims>mobile data service> scroll down and fill in APN under personal hotspot tab. Usually its the same for data/lte. Personal hotspot option will now appear in main settings menu.
