AirPods Notifications are EXTREMELY LOUD, while other sounds are not, why is this happening?

I see that this issue has been on going since 2020. It's now 4 years later and it seems that Apple doesn't give a crap!!! When I called they said, "ask Siri to lower the volume". What a crock of crap for a solution!!! Sometimes I question how this company stays in biz.

AirPod Pro 2 very loud notifications I've noticed this never has been fixed over the years. Has anyone else had this issue with their airpods? Notifications for things like my security camera system app and Facebook messenger notifications will DING at max volume and no matter what setting I change, it will always be at max volume when airpods are in my ears. I asked my cousin the same thing as he has the airpod pro 2 and iphone 17 pro max and it does the exact same thing to him as well. The only time it isn't at max volume is during a call or when listening to music. Just very annoying lol

Loud Notifications through Airpods I will be listening to a podcast, low volume, a notification, like a text messages, instagram notification, or any other app, announces at ear splittingly loud volume. Please help!

AirPods volume turns way up on its own. When I walk, I’ll set my AirPods volume pretty low. If I then pause a podcast for a bit but in the interim if someone texts me, the text notification 📢 will about blast my ears out! Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?
