Apps not updating automatically on my iPhone post iOS 18.0.1 update.

I recently upgraded to iOS 18.0.1 and I also have a new iPhone. I noticed that my apps aren’t showing when they need to be updated, even though the Software Update is set to “On”. I have to physically run a software update to check each of them. Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

Apps Not Working Up as Intended After an Update:

You need to update these from within the app itself. If it is incompatible, then expect it just to not work; the Developer has yet to do their part in making it compatible. So, if purchased from within the App Store, look up the specs of compatibility. If purchased from a third-party, or from the Developer itself, then you'll need to do a bit of research and see if you need to update by a reinstall or purchase a new upgrade. Incompatibly seems to be the culprit here.
