After update to latest MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1 the weather location is not found when location for weather in On in Privacy and I am on WiFi.
Hence no weather is shown in App as well as in the Widget of the weather on desktop.
Made full reset to default and clean install of the SW but nothing helps.
Any Idea?
Are you using a VPN or other 3rd party firewall software? If so, try disabling those as a test.
If neither of these apply, try performing a safe boot to clean up your system to see if that helps.
Then boot back to normal and test again.

Actually I did not install any SW after clean install but only the original IOS firmware downloaded to my MAC from Apple.
I did complete erase and boot in safe mode including re-install of the IOS firmware.
The issue still exist.

There are No Firmware Updates offered by Apple as a Standalone Installer
Unless using How to revive or restore Mac firmware
In the Weather Application >> Setting
Have you enabled Locations
Caveat from the fine print
As Apple computers do not have GPS capabilities like iPhones do
You may need to have Bluetooth Turned On - also

Location is enabled, also Bluetooth is enebled.
More then that when i use maps it finds my home as well as work locations on the map.
Only the weather do not function with regards to location.

I am re-installing now latest mac os from scratch for the 2nd time and will see the outcome.
