AkFollowUpServerUIExstension is a legitimate part of Apple?

I received this pop up in my settings while be directed to reset my password. Meanwhile it is requesting I enter my password. It looks very odd and unlike it is coming from Apple. I do need to get back into my account, perhaps it is an Apple service affiliate ?
