Turn off random Mac Sequoia

Is it possible to turn off the random mac address?

The Wifi we use uses the mac address to Whitelist devices so having it change itsn't idea for us.

Why is there not a setting to turn this off like in Windows?

How do I whitelist devices with random mac address.

I can see why it was implemented but this need to have one OS on all devices has its issues. What fits for a laptop doesnt fit for a phone. Wake up Apple.
