Mail settings disappeared from Settings app

I swear it used to be there! I can't add another email account to Mail because the Mail settings is no longer available to me on my new iPhone 16. I tried deleting and reinstalling the Mail app but that didn't work. I was able to add my iCloud email address to it through the iCloud settings but that pane where you choose from iCloud, Gmail, Outlook, etc. is nowhere to be found. Any ideas how I can get this option back?
