If these locked PDF, ZIP, or similar, you will need to contact the owner and ask him for the password.

How do i get the stupid password off

You remember the owner's stupid password. Apple does not have it.

If the PDf are yours you can try you luck with a password remover, but if it is the PDF of others, you need to get the owners permission to remove it.
