Restore iphone with black screen to factory setting

My iPhone 14 fell in the pool and now has a black screen. I used the warranty and received a replacement phone, and I need to mail the broken phone to Asurion. How do I restore the broken phone with a black screen to the factory setting before mailing it to Asurion?
