The World Clock settings on macOS do not sync via iCloud because macOS lacks a dedicated Clock app, unlike iOS. Although iCloud sync is enabled for the Clock app on iOS, world clock configurations don’t carry over to macOS due to app limitations.

For synchronized world clock functionality, consider using third-party apps that support cloud syncing across devices.
