Why is my TnG auto-debit failing for Apple services?

hi Did anyone know why my TnG keeps canceling auto-debit transactions for Apple services eventhough I tried many time to bind again? I tried update my number and shipping address and even repeatly uninstall the TnG, but still cannot pay the bill. :(
