Typically, refunds can take from 5 - 30 days to post back to the payment method you used. Once Apple approves a refund, it is in the hands of your card holder. Check with them if you need more information.
Apple does offer this, but it still won't give you information from your card carrier --> Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
