Unable to disable spotlight suggestions on my iPhone after iOS 18 update

For the pull-down search I used to be able to disable siri suggestions, which were always useless and messy. With iOS18 update they are back and cannot disable it anymore. Any suggestions?

How to disable spotlight search access to web content, and only make it changeable through a password. Hello all! I have an iPhone SE 2nd generation and I run iOS 17.1.2 on it. At the moment if I go into Siri and search settings and activate ‘show in lookup’ and ‘show in spotlight’, this allows explicit content to be accessed through spotlight search, such as web images. Is there any way to completely disable the ability of spotlight search to access all web images behind a parental controls or screen time password? Maybe a way you can only edit Siri and search settings by entering a password. I would greatly appreciate an answer to this question because there are other similar ones out there but none that explicitly answer my question.

iPhone Spotlight(pull-down) Search becomes very slow when disable "learn from this App" for all apps This is ridiculous. The more I disable "Learn from this App" for my apps in Siri & Search setting, the slower it is in Spotlight(pull-down) search, I have about 100 apps installed and I tried to disable "Learn from this App" for every single one of them, now the spotlight search takes 5-10 seconds to respond when I type anything like "Sett" for settings. I believe there is an inherent buggy logic in how spotlight handles disabled options for "learn from this App", make it so that the more disables search in apps, supposingly it has less to search so the search should be faster, but no, it becomes slower with more disabled app searches - totally contrary to intuition. Please fix it. This is 100% reproducible with my phone, because when I turn back on for all the disabled searches in Siri & Search settings, the pull down search becomes way faster(of course I got a lot of unwanted search results), the delay becomes 1 second instead of 5-10 seconds. Again totally counter intuitive and there must be something wrong with how it is implemented.
