I have rebooted my phone and went on the apple website to try and change it from there but it gave me a “something went wrong” message after taking a while to load. What can I do to fix this issue it’s really frustrating.

Also having this issue with the App Store, and on device viewing for payment and shipping on Apple account in settings.
Have tried device reboots, turning off my VPN, using data, nothing is working, system might be down?
