I can’t connect to apple store, download apps, manage payment methods, or upgrade my icloud storage.

Whenever i try to download an app it simply doesn’t work, when i try to upgrade my icloud storage to icloud+ it says there was a problem and try again later. i am connected to wifi, i reseted my phone. My apple store account shows my name, but wont let me access anything. I’ve cleared up my icloud storage in hope it would fix it but nothing is working. i tried all of the steps provided from other people experiencing the same problem. i cant access anything.

The App Store is currently down for a lot of users, and there are many systems down on Apple’s system pages. Keep an eye on that and try again later.

Some of Apple's systems are having problems as of the time of this writing including the system that manages subscriptions such as for iCloud. Try again later.

I am having this same issue. I can access the App Store and my subscriptions but continually get an error. Issue persisted after upgrading to 18.0.1 this morning.

Seems like it might be an issue with the payment information not connecting so the App Store is rejecting, as you need a valid payment even if downloading free apps.

whenever i try to manage my payments it says can’t connect and retry. whenever i click to download an app it loads then goes back to download within a second.
