Payment and Shipping won’t load

So on my iPhone, iPad, and apple account on desktop. My payment and shipping won’t load at all it says cannot connect. I can’t download apps, update apps, cancel free trials, cancel subscriptions change payment info, nothing. I have restarted iPhone, and iPad, deleted apps, logged out and back in. Nothing is working, not sure what to do.

Payment and Shipping Cannot Connect on IOS or desktop I am unable to download apps. I went to go check my payment method but when I try to click on Payment and Shipping in my AppleID section, it says that it Can't Connect. I also tried to login to my Apple Account on desktop and when I click on Payment and Shipping it says to please try again later. I've also force restarted my iPhone 14 3 times. I am running iOS18 in case that might be related.

Payment and shipping only leads to "Cannot Connect" I recently got a new debit card and I am trying to add it as a payment method so I can use it for purchases in the app store. I CANNOT get "payment and shipping" to load ANYWHERE. I have tried my phone, the app store, apple TV, AND apple music apps on my laptop. Every single time I try to see my info or change it I get "Cannot Connect." And no, pressing retry doesn't do jack shit except give me a throbber and the same message—and again, this is on ALL of my apple devices: iPhone 16 pro, macbook pro 2021, and ipad pro 10th gen. They are all running the most recent updates. I am not in a family or using family sharing and I have not once had this issue in the past.

Unable to open payment and shipping I have rebooted my phone and went on the apple website to try and change it from there but it gave me a “something went wrong” message after taking a while to load. What can I do to fix this issue it’s really frustrating.

To me it appears there are various server related issues. Although the App Store itself is working, some related servers appear to have an issue.Try again later when they have cleared.
