Trying to add new faces to my new watch 10 (yes it's been updated)...via my phone, it will not add them. It will only let me add a face on the watch itself. First stickers disappears on my 16 pro....now this. Maybe it's just a setting? I've gone through everything I can think of...halp.

Did you already force restart both devices?
To force restart the watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

I guess this is an issue between both devices, since the Series 10, watchOS 11 and the iPhone 16 Pro and iOS 18 have just been released.
You should let Apple know directly about this issue by using the Feedback link, as this is the only way to reach them.
I should add that because I cannot add watch faces I cannot use my iwatch much without being able to access all the complications on my faces because it means going into each app through “list” instead of tapping a complication on that watch face…what a hassle.
